SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within India:
Padmahastā Creations ships all over India - COD Available. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charges of ₹125 is applicable for all COD orders within India.
We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
We ship to mostly all the pin codes in India. Our logistics partner services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.
Once the domestic order is placed, it takes 1 to 2 business days to dispatch after placing the order. Then it may take 2-3 days in metro cities and 5-6 business days elsewhere for shipment to get delivered, depending on your location.
So, the estimated time would be 6 to 8 working days maximum.

You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
These timelines may be affected due to current situations.
In case of a personalized orders, it may take maximum 15-20 days from the date of order. But please do not worry...we will keep you updated on your email id.
As soon as shipment is Out for delivery, you will receive a call from our logistics partner for the delivery of your order. They will be able to confirm the time of delivery.
In case if you miss order/package delivery -- Every order is attempted thrice for delivery before it get returned to us. So, you have another chance! Don’t miss it again! We will contact you regarding the same if necessary.
