Return Policy

In case if you change your mind and want to change your decision of purchasing a product you ordered; you can return it. We value our customer and will not like waste your hard-earned money on the product that you will never use. So we offer this return policy to you, But it will only applicable only if you have created a Login id while purchasing the Product. If you want to return the product that you purchased from us -- inform us within the 48 hours of the delivary. You will need to provide photos with tags on product along with product details, order and bill details and reason to return it.

Padmahastā Creations offers a simple and easy 7 days return policy to our customers.

+ You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
+ Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery. All Items are sent with a RETURN tag.
+ All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without Return tags will not be accepted.
+ We will approve the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you, within 2-3 working days (holidays and sundays not counted).
+ Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either Paytm wallet /Google Pay transfer in your account or we can do online refund via Net Banking within 2 business days of receiving the Product back.
+ The shipping charge is not refundable.
+ Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
• The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
• The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
• They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective, PadmahastaCreations should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share snap shot through emails
• If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 24 hours after the return request is raised.
+ Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Padmahastā Creations. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer's account towards shipping costs in the form of a Paytm wallet credit/Bank transfer. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that they were shipped with.
Mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –
• Order Number, Product Name & Return Reference Number
• Shipping Address: will be sent to you via email

Terms & Conditions

This Return Policy applies to all items purchased directly from www.padmahstacreationscom (with the exception of Personalized items, discounted and free gifts, unless there is a product defect) . The policy is subject to change. Hence, please visit our website for the latest policy.

Exchange
You can exchange an item purchased on www.padmahastacreations.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
